Electric vehicle immobilizer – anti-starting
This adapter allows you to immobilize the engine of your electric vehicle while keeping the ignition on. It provides a means to work on the vehicle without the risk of it unexpectedly moving forward.
Unlike a combustion engine, an electric vehicle’s motor does not idle, making it difficult to determine if the vehicle is running or not by sound alone.
If the ignition is on and the accelerator is accidentally pressed, the vehicle will start moving, which can be dangerous.
To prevent this and immobilize the vehicle even with the ignition on, simply plug this adapter into the vehicle’s charging port.
